Our company uses high quality petroleum coke to produce recarbonrizer for steel making and iron casting, whose index is: Ash 0.5% max., Moisture 0.3% max.Our low sulfur and low nitrogen graphitized is made of calcined petroleum coke as raw material, then going through fully graphitization of the continuous graphitization process under the high temperature of minimum 2600℃ . Afterwards, through crushing, screening and classification, we supply our users with the different particle size between 0-50mm at the customers' request. Acting as the inoculant and carburizer, it's widely used in the special steel smelting and precision casting process, especially meeting the requirement of high quality product and strict control of sulfur content in the ductile iron and grey iron casting industry. lt's also used as reducer agent in the nuclear reactor, the absorbent of heavy metal in the waste water treatment system and the raw material of graphite cathode in the aluminum electrolysis cell.

Product Application
Mainly used in the manufacture of graphite electrode, carbon, silicon carbide, calcium carbide and other raw materials, can be directly used in smelting, casting and forging process for fuel.

Sinoway Carbon Co.,Ltd.(SINOWAY), set up in 2011, jointly invested by Sinoway Carbon Energy Holdings Ltd.(Shenzhen) and Dubai Aluminium (UAE), is mainly engaged in production and sales of calcined petroleum coke (CPC) and steam with registered capital of USD 15,500,000 and total investment of RMB690 million. SINOWAY’s CPC products are mostly exported to Middle East, USA, Australia, Russia, India, etc.
SINOWAY has planned capacity of 640,000 tonnes of CPC per year to be built in two phases, of which first phase was smoothly put into operation in Jun., 2013 and second phase will go into operation by end of 2015. SINOWAY has a high efficient system of waste heat recycling, which can supply around 700,000 tonnes of clean energy per year to chemical plants nearby.
